How To Use Free File Unlocker To Delete Stubborn Files And Folders In Windows 8

To delete files and folder from a system helps to remove unwanted files and creates space. Some of these files can be difficult to remove at times, either due to not granted privilege or access not allowed to the location of the files. It can also be due to other reasons . Whatever they are it is clear you want the files to be removed from your system.

Somehow the famous Unlocker for Windows system seems not to be effective in doing that in Windows 8. It is not  a reason of compatibility  but issue with program inability to remove files from  the latest Windows operating system.

However, there is another very unfamiliar unlocker software that can do that easily in Windows 8 . It is called Free File Unlocker. This lightweight program is very good in removing stubborn files from your Windows 8 system.

 STEP 1: Download Free File Unlocker from this LINK.

STEP 2: Double-click on the installer to install the program.

STEP 3:  Click on the Free File Unlocker to run the program.

STEP 4: Wait for the Unlocker to add the file or folder to be deleted.

STEP 5: Click 'Select' and select either 'File' or 'directory'.

STEP 6: Locate the file or folder you want to remove or unlock and select it.

STEP 7: Click 'Unlock' to the right-hand side of the Unlocker dialogue to unlock the file or folder.

STEP 8:  Or click 'Delete' to remove the file from your system.

STEP 9: If there is a error warning of the file can not be remove, click 'Yes' on the next dialogue.

STEP 10:  Click 'OK' and reboot your system for changes to take effect.
